For the emergency service restoration assistance to this cable television provider following Hurricane Katrina, Fail Engineering provided inspection and corrective action services on the Hybrid Fiber Cable TV plant, for Video, Inc. The assistance provided consisted of the mapping of downed cable, color coded mapping of home drops, and customized maps for each area of cable plant. Fail Engineering Consultants also provided physical repair services to drops at customer locations.
