The project included seven 90 Mbs digital microwave terminals, antenna systems for each terminal, 565 Mbs fiber optic system, and a new digital switching system. Fail Engineering provided all related engineering services including the design, preparation of plans and specifications, construction drawings, regulatory applications, construction inspection, and acceptance tests, as well as the closeout of all contracts.
