Fail Engineering provided all design and engineering services for a new ground field located at
Dixie-Net’s main switching center. Fail Engineering provided all ground resistivity testing,
ground field design, detailed ground field drawings, vendor quotes, vendor selection, contract
negotiations, supervision and inspection during the installation of the new ground field to
ensure that the new ground field met RUS, NEC, PSC, and Dixie-Net requirements.
